Quick FAQ

  • Can I buy the same pack multiple times? Yes. Starter and Pro are reusable credit bundles, not one-time lifetime purchases.
  • If I buy Pro, then later buy Starter, do I lose capabilities? No. Your account keeps its workflow access; only the amount of credits you add changes.

Credit Usage & Refund Policy

  • Compute Costs: Credits are consumed each time you run a generation. Because each run utilizes real GPU compute time, we do not reverse credits for subjective dissatisfaction, aesthetic preferences, or staging/lighting choices.
  • Technical Failures: Credits are automatically refunded only if a generation fails due to a technical error (e.g., API provider timeout, system crash, or empty/corrupt file output). If you experience a technical failure and credits were not auto-refunded, please contact support with your Job ID.
  • Expiration: Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase unless prohibited by local law.
